Motorola Expands Lineup of Bluetooth Offerings | Patient information can be transferred wirelessly to a stationary

| Bluetooth wireless technology with applications for equipment
manufacturers in the medical, digital printing and imaging, and
industrial automation fields will be unveiled this week by Motorola Computer Group, a
subsidiary of Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT).
The new platform, Motorola said, will let equipment manufacturers add wireless
communications to a wide variety of stationary equipment -- including magnetic resonance
imaging (MRI) machines and other diagnostic hardware -- providing physicians with instant
access to patients' test and treatment information.

Customers Test New Wireless In-Store Payment Technology | As well as speeding up the transaction times, the service also allows mobile phone users
to be informed of any special offers that stores have while the customer is visiting. | Ericsson is working with Eurocard, the MasterCard affiliate in Europe, to

The goal, according to Ericsson, is to shorten transaction times by as much as 50

in-store project involving the retailer's store card.
